CriticalArc provides on-call services for this reputable construction claims consulting firm. Projects involve reviews of case project deliverables (construction drawings, specifications, submittals, etc.), code research and application, mechanical calculations as well as site inspections.
This work nicely complements our work in the commissioning industry. Coming from commissioning and construction project work, our team offers great insights with respect to how the construction industry operates. We also find that our claims work provides useful lessons learned regarding construction defects that we can incorporate into our daily commissioning reviews.
