SIMPLIFY THE PROCESS

Have you ever found yourself sifting through piles of so-called commissioning checklists, only to be left with more questions than answers?

null

RESOLVE ISSUES

Have you ever been in a project meeting reviewing the same issues that were discussed at the last meeting, and the one before that?

null

INCREASE PERFORMANCE

Why not streamline the monotonous commissioning filler so that, collaboratively, project teams can focus on what’s really important, delivering the highest performing projects that our clients demand and expect?

null

PROVIDE VALUE

Why not instead offer the value that our clients are looking for without all of that loss of productivity?

The four points above outline how the commissioning industry is evolving.  The evolution from printed checklists and endless spreadsheets to online database-driven workflows has revolutionized the way commissioning records are maintained and has increased the day-to-day transparency of the entire commissioning process.  At CriticalArc, we were early adopters of this technological change in the industry.

We are Building Confidence.

WHERE DID COMMISSIONING ORIGINATE?

The term “commissioning” was derived from the maritime industry. A commissioned vessel is one that has been deemed ready for service and is only awarded this recognition after undergoing vigorous sea trials in which every critical system is stress tested under real-life conditions. In addition to physical tests of the ship’s operating systems, the vessel’s crew must also be trained to correctly operate each of the shipboard systems.

Similarly, building commissioning is critical to maximizing the efficiency of systems and operators, while subsequently minimizing the total cost of ownership of any facility.
