JUSTIN HARDER, P.E.

President
Justin is a Professional Engineer in California, Arizona, Oregon, Nevada, Colorado and Massachusetts.  He is also a Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP) and a Certified Commissioning Provider (CCP).  He has over 22 years of experience in the construction industry working on very large and technical projects with construction volumes up to $5 billion. Prior to starting CriticalArc, Justin spent six years working as Regional Commissioning Manager for a nationwide general contractor and nine years as the Vice President of Operations for a large MEP contractor in Boston.  He has worked in the healthcare, K-12, higher education, data center, pharmaceutical, airport and military industries. Justin also held a 100-ton USCG License and previously worked as a captain and engineer on private sailboats up to 130 feet, traveling from Maine to Grenada.

 

Currently, Justin is a technical and hands on manager who leads the airport commissioning group at CriticalArc. This group specializes in MEP, controls, emergency power, fire protection, special systems, passenger boarding bridges and baggage handling systems, where the team’s focus is on providing a smooth transition from construction to operations.  Justin’s focus toward project goals as well as his technical aptitude, provide value to any project that he is involved with.

 

When Justin is not working, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his wife and three children mountain biking, skiing, camping and at the beach.
