As part of the San Diego International Airport’s On-Call Program, CriticalArc has been tasked with providing commissioning services to the new Terminal 1 Building as well as the following facilities: Administration Building, ADP Airside Facility, Central Utility Plant, East Solid & Liquid Waste Facility, Landside Facilities, T1 Parking Plaza, UAHT, West Refeuler Facility, West Solid Waste Facility, IT Room Retro-Commissioning program, and the PBB refurbishment within an existing Terminal. All projects are slated to receive a LEED Silver designation. Our team was tasked with providing commissioning services for building enclosure, MEP, HVAC controls, emergency power, fire alarm, access control / CCTV, PGS, ParkSmart, and all special systems and associated integrations. The On-Call contract is for 7 years and is projected out through 2027.
