ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The MSA1 data center consists of two phases, with the first being a core and shell build and a 40MW fit-out of a 77MW facility and CUP. The second phase is the remaining 37MW fit-out. The MSA campus is scheduled to be 240MW located in Mesa, AZ. CriticalArc has been brought on as the 3rd Party QA and Commissioning Provider to perform Level 1 through Level 5 services for both phases of this first buildout. Our scope includes the commissioning of all mechanical, electrical distribution, security, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems. The project is estimated to be $1.5B in construction volume and is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
