ABOUT THIS PROJECT

CriticalArc has been contracted directly to the confidential client to perform L1-L5 commissioning and QA/QC services for all MEP and Fire Life Safety systems on a 40MW, 286,000-square-foot data center. The SATB1 project is the first colocation data center on a potential 5-building campus located in San Antonio, TX. The contract schedule began in early 2024 and is scheduled to turn over in late 2025.
