ABOUT THIS PROJECT

STY3 is the second building being constructed on a 600MW hyper-scale data center campus in Sparks, NV. CriticalArc has been brought on as the 3rd Party QA and Commissioning Provider to perform Level 1 through Level 5 MEP commissioning services, QA/QC services, and security commissioning services for the entire 60MW buildout. The project is estimated to be $1B in construction volume and is scheduled to be completed in August 2025.
